Trust assets
The assets of the Trust, from which it earns revenue, are directly held commercial properties and funds under management. The Trust also owns land held for community purposes.
The Trust’s property portfolio last valued by Colliers at 31 March 2023 valued at $7,685,000 commercial properties and $4,830,000 community land.
Our managed fund value is now over $10 million.
