The Trust owns property (land and buildings) leased to commercial tenants under market rent terms for periods varying typically from one to five years. Tenants include national brand companies like Farmlands and Stihl as well as a range of local businesses.
Our commercial property portfolio as valued by Colliers at 31 March 2023 is valued at $7,685,000.
The Trust also owns community land in Greytown and managed funds in an investment portfolio.
