Opening day of the John Gray Pavilion

On Sunday 16 February we had the pleasure of attending the opening of the new pavilion at Soldiers Memorial Park and being part of a very special moment when the name of the new pavilion was revealed – the John Gray Pavilion in recognition of John’s incredible dedication to the community and sport over so many years.

A fantastic new facility that our town can be proud of and one we were pleased to support with a $25,000 grant to help fund the deck and verandah completion and $6,000 to help restore the iconic clock tower – it is great to see it proudly displayed in all its glory on top of the new building.
